Sit back...Relax...Let us do the work.

We help the law work for you!

It's the law! Information about you must be accurate and verified before it is entered on your credit reports! If "reasonable procedures" have not been correctly followed by your creditors or the credit reporting agencies, then any verified inaccuracies must be removed from your credit reports as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

The FCRA, which is enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, is designed to promote accuracy and ensure the privacy of the information used in consumer credit reports. That's where we come in. We help ensure your rights guaranteed to you by federal and state laws.

The FCRA's primary protection requires that CRAs follow "reasonable procedures" to protect the confidentiality, accuracy, and relevance of credit information. If these "reasonable procedures" have not been correctly followed, then any verified inaccuracies must be corrected or removed. American Credit provides consumers with the hope they would not ordinarily have by ensuring these "reasonable procedures" are followed-all for one-year!

CRS offers two convenient ways to manage and maximize your credit!

Professional-Prepared Credit Service (One person) $300.00

Professional-Prepared Credit Service (Two person) $500.00 (SAVE $100.00)

How Does CRS’s Professionally-Prepared Service Work?

CRS will help maximize your credit score by helping you correct and update your credit report. CRS will help you get the accurate credit report you deserve by law. CRS will help you dispute errors on your credit report with three professionally-prepared, personalized dispute letters for Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. Once these letters are generated, simply send them to the bureaus. The credit reporting agencies have 30 days to respond and send you updated credit reports to your home. Be on the look out for the updated credit reports. When you receive the updates from the agencies, be sure to contact us and we ill review the results.

Under the guidelines by the Credit Repair Organizations Act, the credit reporting agencies cannot refuse to process consumer disputes. Note: the agencies may send out letters refusing to investigate or that the information was previously verified, but we will be persistent. It may take a couple dispute cycles to achieve the desired result, but we will achieve the desired result.

It's easy . . . see our process below

Customer Completes Customer Enrollment form:

To begin the process, the customer reviews and signs the customer enrollment form, including the application, terms and conditions, and the disclosure statement. Customers must also provide Social Security and Address Verification, as required by the credit reporting agencies.

CreditExpress Service

Once the completed application and all proper information are received at our processing center, the customer's credit reports are pulled from all three credit reporting agencies, allowing us to begin the service within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Our team of professionals works for you

Our team of professionals will conduct a thorough review process of all items on the customer's credit reports that negatively affect their credit reports and credit score. After performing a thorough review, our team processes and delivers personalized and professional dispute documents directly to the customer.

It’s the law! Credit Reporting Agencies Must Respond

Once the customer reviews and approves their dispute documents they then sign and send their disputes directly to the credit reporting agencies. The law (FCRA) states that the agencies have 30 days to respond. Once the agencies have completed their investigation, customers will receive updated credit reports directly from the agencies, with their corrections and deletions.
